The temperature control in rooms could use a serious update!!! Bathroom maintenance issues are apparent, and improvement in room cleaning frequency would enhance satisfaction. It feels like there's a lack of proper organization!!!

Lekker stay in Saalbach 🎿🏔️
An extraordinary helpful staff sorted out our luggage problems, like proper chommies! The area was a blast with so many varied pistes, you can never get bored. Oh, and the spa's got a chilled vibe for post-ski relaxation, just what you need after a long day on the slopes!
The breakfast was nice but could use a bit more variety, just to keep it interesting.

Fantastic location for skiing!
Loved staying here! The location is unbeatable—right next to lifts and a supermarket. The staff was super friendly, especially during breakfast, which had loads of tasty options. Only thing is, the layout can feel a bit confusing with all the winding hallways. But overall, the comfy beds made it worth it!

We had a great stay in the Deluxe Room I, which offered a spacious layout with plenty of storage. The large bathroom was a highlight, furnished with soft towels and a hairdryer that were much appreciated after our long days. The wellness center was a lovely retreat, perfect for unwinding with its sauna and relaxation areas after skiing.
